Peptide therapy
Physician-designed peptide protocols spanning recovery, growth-hormone, metabolic, cognitive and longevity categories. Every protocol in this section is selected, dosed, and monitored by a CPM physician against your labs and your goals.
Illustration. Coast Performance Medicine does not manufacture these compounds — they are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and dispensed only on prescription, following clinical evaluation.
What peptide therapy is at CPM
Peptides are short chains of amino acids — the same building blocks your body already uses to signal repair, regulate metabolism, and control the growth hormone axis. Therapeutic peptides work by reinforcing signals your body produces naturally, rather than replacing a hormone outright.
That distinction matters in practice. Because these compounds act on signalling pathways, the outcome depends heavily on dose, timing, cycle length, and what else is happening in your physiology. A peptide that helps one patient recover can do very little for another with different labs. This is why CPM does not sell peptides off a shelf.
Every protocol in this section is prescription-only. Nothing here can be purchased directly. Compounds are selected by a CPM physician after clinical evaluation and appropriate laboratory work, then dispensed through a licensed compounding pharmacy.
Who it tends to suit
- Patients recovering from soft-tissue or joint injury who have plateaued with conventional rehabilitation
- Athletes and high-training-load individuals managing cumulative recovery debt
- Adults addressing age-related changes in body composition, sleep quality, or energy
- Patients pursuing structured longevity and metabolic optimisation under supervision
Who it does not suit
Peptide therapy is not appropriate for everyone. Active malignancy, pregnancy, certain endocrine conditions, and some medication interactions are contraindications. Part of the assessment is determining whether the answer is no.
Step 01 · Assessment
Full clinical intake, relevant labs, health history, and a conversation about what you’re actually trying to change.
Step 02 · Protocol Design
Your physician selects compounds, doses, and cycle structure against your results — not against a package.
Step 03 · Monitoring
Defined review intervals with repeat labs and symptom tracking. Protocols get adjusted, continued, or stopped.
